Eaze doesn't care about your order being satisfy or not!

I got a Jetty oil Pod I thought it was a cartridge, I can't use it on my 510 battery or stiiizy battery, they didn't even offer me a free battery since they never got a phone number to call for a exchange or my Money back cause this mistakes happen and I'm not perfect to see what was on your fuckng menu don't want to hear from your customers is not going to bring more people. Well Eaze gets a lot of people they can care less about customers feedback. Thanks to Eaze for not helping I had to buy the battery for it more $$ I had to spend thanks to careless lazy people that can't give me my hard working money or At least exchange my product like a Good Company would not ignore me like a dumb pos. Please look else where this Eaze company don't care only more $$. Not even give a free battery for it to say sorry nope

I used the eaze delivery service about…

I used the eaze delivery service about six times and no more. They were LATE every time by hours. UNRELIABLE. What I'm supposed to wait for hours I have things to do. The very last time the product was just awful. Paid 80 for an 8th I couldn't stomach. Did they drop it in the toilet? Threw it away. I tipped them good and the service was terrible. Never again .

Should be zero stars

Should be zero stars. Shame - in my opinion the company started well. Then, like most gig companies, the service went down the drain. Drivers learned how to game the system, the corporate can only say ‘we are sorry to see you go’. I will never order from them again - wasted enough time waiting and waiting. My advice - ask your local dispensary - here where I live, a few of them started their own delivery services. Support your local business, not a bunch of losers in San Francisco!!! Shame for screwing up something good!

Sending daily spam from different…

Sending daily texts all from different numbers and we never even signed up these are "referrals"???
Very sketchy and weird spam because how could we take advantage of $20 credit if we don't even have an account

AVOID - PAID FOR GOODS NEVER RECEIVED AND NO REFUND!!!

Paid for goods on 1st May 2022. It's now 23rd July 2022 and 46 emails later I still have no goods and received no refund. I received a begging email pleading with me not to have a refund "as my boss will beat me" it read. What??? I'm sick of this purported company. Their website FAQ'S frequently randomly refer to fishing. Odd to say the least. More like Phishing if you ask me! This company has 100% defrauded me out of my money.

PATHETIC SERVICE!!

What a pathetic service. I gave them 3 tries, the order took over 3 hours to come every single time, when they announced 45-60 min delivery. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. Bunch of clowns.

ABSOLUTE JOKE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

delivery time was between 8 and 9 pm, after no arrival I had requested when my order would be here and the time was changed to after 10 pm. This was around 9:45. Received the notification that a driver was 25 minutes away and after 20 minutes, was told that my order I’ve been waiting on since 7 pm with no communication has been cancelled. Scam of a company. Just go to the dispensary, they actually care about their patients/customers

HORRIBLE customer service experience…

HORRIBLE customer service experience and “EAZE” is a joke of a name given all the time I’ve wasted trying to place an order only to have my account “suspended” with no explanation after I couldn’t answer a phone call they didn’t tell me they were going to make to “verify information” according to an email they sent that I couldn’t reply to. When I tried to cal the umber back, It wouldn’t even connect me to anyone. This was SUCH a waste of time. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Unprofessional, cancels orders made hours in advance

We order from Eaze only because Clever Tree, an actually competent cannabis delivery company, closed. Eaze routinely takes hours to deliver, no matter how early you order, gives wildly inaccurate delivery estimates, and cuts it as close as they can to the legal 10 pm delivery cutoff. Tonight is the second time our order was cancelled past 10 pm and is the absolute last straw: we ordered at 5 pm, we were given a delivery estimate of 7:45 to 8:05 pm, then were sent a text at 9:45 pm that our order will be there in 15 minutes. We just now received a text, at 10:15, that our order will not be delivered. I understand if they have an overflow of orders, especially around the holidays, but taking five hours to deliver is ridiculous in itself—and giving us next to zero notice that they can’t even deliver an order placed a full four hours before their store’s ordering cut off time is inexcusable. Eaze is an unprofessional, dishonest, wretched sham of a company and I’m furious they’ve wasted our time to this extent this many times. DO NOT USE. You will be sorry.
